HI, My name is Simon Carr. I am self declared Asterisk Geek. However to become a Geek in Asterisk, is a frustrating and time consuming business, or so it was in the beginning before any training was available.

I show you how and were to download the distributions, How to Install them and more importantly how to configure and use the features including setting up multiple VOIP telephone offices and linking them together over the Internet. You will get step by step instructions on how to register your own Free Geographic number i.e. 0161 XXXXXXXX have your asterisk box make and receive multiple simultaneous calls on it.

I assume no previous knowledge of Asterisk, assuming that your grandmother has been tasked with setting up a New York call centre from scratch.
